10:00am - 11:30am Nursery & Level 1
Ages 3 - 8. A 90 minute class which combines ballet, stage, tap and freestyle giving younger children the chance to learn the basics across a number of dance styles
11:00am - 11:30am - Level 1 & 2 Musical Theatre
Ages 5+ and aimed at pre teen children. Its a fun class which includes singing and acting along with dance moves. Great for building confidence and expressing individual character.
11:30am - 12:00pm - Level 2 Ballet
Ages 8+ Ballet is a great foundation to any dancer, developing control, strength and technique.
12:30pm - 1:00pm Level 2 Stage
Ages 8+. Modern Stage (also referred to as 'Jazz') is where students can enhance their flexibility and extension. With dances to modern music and a wide variety of exercises which develop strength and flexibility across the whole body.
1:00pm - 1:30pm Level 2 Tap
Ages 8+. Tap focuses on a students development of rhythm and musicality. With accents and syncopated rhythms which add dynamic and drama to dance. A staple for most dancers
1:30pm - 2:00pm Level 2 Commercial Freestyle
Ages 8+. As the name suggests, freestyle covers a range of styles including commercial dance, street, slow, rock 'n' roll to name a few. All to chart music and encouraging students to show personal style to the choreography.
2:00pm - 2:30pm Level 2 & 3 Latin
Ages 8+. Partner dancing as seen on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing. With dances including the Cha Cha, Samba, Jive and the like of Rumba at the level 3 awards.
2:30pm - 3:00pm Level 3 Commercial Freestyle
Ages 8+ (L3 is for students Gold medal and above). As the name suggests, freestyle covers a range of styles including commercial dance, street, slow, rock 'n' roll to name a few. All to chart music and encouraging students to show personal style to the choreography.
3:00pm - 3:30pm Level 3 Tap
Students Grade 3/Gold medal and above. As described in the earlier tap class but more advanced for experienced students
3:30pm - 4:00pm Level 3 Stage / Contemporary
Students Grade 3/Gold medal and above. This 30 minute class is both for experienced stage and ballet students. Students can chose to alternate between stage and contemporary week to week, or focus on contemporary only. Students in this class may be considered for lyrical competitions, workshops and NCDTA lectures.
4:00pm - 4:45pm Level 3 Ballet
Students Grade 3/Gold medal and above. As described in the earlier ballet class but more advanced for experienced students. Due t the strict syllabus and introduction of pointe work, this class is 45 mins
4:45pm - 5:30pm Level 3 Musical Theatre
Aimed at teenage students with prior experience in Musical Theatre. At level 3, students will do more solo work and learn to play more complex characters in their acting and singing.
All lessons are priced as above and are to be paid each week. New starters have a grace period of 4 weeks to decide whether to stay, at which point they will go onto the register which means they will have to pay for any weeks missed. We not currently taking any cash payments; card or contactless only.
